This Fueguia 1833 Valle de la Luna Perfume Oil is a fragrance that draws inspiration from the Valle de la Luna or Valley of the moon in Chile. The arid ground in this moonlike location is made fertile for the most unlikely species; a delicate iris grows along the lunar terrain, a desert belonging to another world.
A self-taught perfumer free from the protocols of the fragrance industry, Julian Bedel is the nose behind Fueguia 1833’s limited series scents. It is a unique concept brand in the universe of niche perfumery, paying tribute to the indeginuous communities of South America. He was recently commissioned by the contemporary art gallery Hauser and Wirth to concoct two sophisticated and intoxicating perfumes called Manuela and Alba, both available in our UAE collection below. They’re created by using the native flora and fauna of Somerset and Balmoral, mesmerizing passerbys with their refreshing aroma.
