Extend the life of highlights without using any peroxide with ColorWOW’s Root Cover Up. It uses a mineral powder technology that matches a variety of hair shades and tones. Water resistant, this product will remain in the hair until it’s washed out with shampoo.

Apply to dry hair. Load up the small end of the brush with the powder. Use the free hand to pull hair flat against the head and press the brush down firmly into the roots. Start from the scalp and work out. Do not use sweeping motion. Apply more powder as required. Use side edge of the small brush to extend highlights. Lightly dust off any excess powder with the wide end of the brush.
