On Lips:

Apply the texture using the applicator, sweeping it from the middle of the lips outwards, then blend by pressing your lips together or gently patting with your fingertip.

For a more color-saturated and defined result, apply and then smooth the texture over the lips using the applicator.

On Cheeks:

Apply the texture to cheekbones using the applicator and blend with the fingertips.
