Maison Berluti was started 120 years ago by Alessandro Berluti who was a renowned shoemaker of his time. His technical virtuosity and offbeat creativity laid the groundwork for the brand which grew to be sought-after by sophisticated celebrities and the influential crowd. The Italian label developed Berluti Patin which revolutionized men’s footwear by introducing nuanced colors at a time when black and brown were the norm. Today, Berluti has expanded its product range to other leather goods such as wallets and bags, ready-to-wear collections, and accessories like sunglasses.
