I’ve already placed an order for Kuwait, when will I receive it?

To stay in line with government guidelines, we will not be able to make deliveries to you during this time. Your order will be held with us until restrictions are lifted and we are able to resume our usual delivery services.

Are you still accepting Cash On Delivery as a payment method in Kuwait?

No, we have temporarily suspended our Cash On Delivery option.

Why are there changes to trading hours?

The health and safety of our in-store team members and customers is paramount. As the current situation continues to develop, we are working with and under the guidance and following the direction of government authorities and medical experts, resulting in the reduced opening hours in order to maximise staff coverage, adhere to social distancing guidelines and our customers are in store.

Are you still accepting exchanges and returns?

In line with government guidelines, refunds, returns and exchanges are temporarily suspended in store. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights....

During this time items purchased online will be accepted via the online returns process only which also temporarily excludes returns to the At Your Service desk in store. 

Online purchases which are returned will be subject to quarantine and sanitization in line with government health and safety guidelines. 

Do I need to wear a mask and gloves when I come in to store?

Please follow and adhere by the guidance instructed within your emirate, for more information seek guidance from governing websites and/or the mall. For the safety of our team members and customers and in compliance with government authority regulaiton all of our team members will be wearing masks and gloves.

Are there any changes to in store Click & Collect orders?

There is no change to the in-store Click & Collect process: once you have received your collection confirmation email, you may collect your order from your selected store’s Customer Services counter.

For the health and wellbeing of our customers and team members, we have made the decision to close all fitting rooms and suspend all beauty services and on-counter skin therapies and makeup application, and the use of BYO reusable coffee cups....

Instead of coming in to store to pick up my Click & Collect order, can I have it delivered?

If you have received confirmation that your Click & Collect order is ready for collection but would now prefer it delivered, please contact our Customer Services team and they will gladly arrange this for you.

Can I pay using cash in-store?

In line with the heightened medical guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and our team, we invite you to shop using a contactless electronic payment method or via online. However, we will also be accepting cash as a payment method in our stores.

I have an item to exchange or return but am not able to get to store within the returns period.

For any items purchased online on or after 1st March 2020, we will honor a 60 day returns period from the date of purchase.

How are you managing the health and safety of your team members and customers?

We're committed to doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our team members, our customers and the community. We are working with and under the guidance and following the direction of government authorities and medical experts....

We have upweighted and increased our in-store cleaning routines to make them even more rigorous and are focusing on personal hygiene protocols per all government authority guidelines.

We have also taken additional steps in some departments, with the temporary suspension of all Beauty Room and on-counter skin therapies and makeup application, lingerie fittings, food tastings and the use of BYO reusable coffee cups.

How can I maintain safe physical distance in busy areas of the store like the sales desk?

To make it easier for you to visualise the recommended safe physical distance between people when at the sales desk, please look for the floor markers our team have placed on the floor. Standing on these marked areas will ensure you are separated from other customers by the recommended 2 metres.

How can I pay and is it safe to buy online?

If you are in store, we encourage you to shop using contactless electronic methods, for online all our payment methods are secure. Payment sites provided to you from our alternative digital shopping fronts are via Paytabs. Paytabs is a secure and trusted payment gateway. Our team will never ask you for your card details or PIN number, if you are ever requested this please ensure to contact Customer Service.
