During this time items purchased online will be accepted via the online returns process only which also temporarily excludes returns to the At Your Service desk in store.
Online purchases which are returned will be subject to quarantine and sanitization in line with government health and safety guidelines.

UPDATE: In line with government guidelines, refunds, returns and exchanges are temporarily suspended in store. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
We hope that you’ll love everything that you purchase from us, but if not, you can return your items within 30 days of making the purchase. Please note that some items are not refundable; for instance, cosmetics, jewellery, lingerie, swimwear and furniture are non-returnable items. However, you can return non-returnable items if you receive the wrong item, or if the items arrive damaged.
For online purchases, you can request a collection of your items online and our delivery team will collect the items from you. Please ensure that you complete and attach the returns form you receive with your order to avoid delays in processing your return. Your returns will be processed within 3 days and the refund will be issued accordingly. If you do not have a Bloomingdale’s account, you will need to register to be able to request a return online.
Please note that for credit card refunds, it may take up to 14 days for the refund process to be completed.
