- Simple but frequent maintenance is necessary in order to keep your NAMA sneakers looking as good as new. A few simple steps are all that’s needed to take care of them. Remove the laces from your NAMA sneakers and rub them gently with a little bit of soap, rinse them off and dry them with a soft cloth. Use a soft shoe brush to remove dust and dirt from the outsole and upper. The fabric parts can be cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth. To maintain the velvety appearance of suede or nubuck leather, gently clean with a crepe brush. If your sneakers get wet, remove the insole and leave to dry in a well-ventilated place. You should not put your sneakers in the washing machine or use abrasive products such as bleach. Do not tumble dry your sneakers. Fill your sneakers with tissue paper to maintain the original shape, then place them in the two protective covers provided. Store them in a cool, dry place.
