Shop Dr. Barbara SturmMist: Hold the bottle half an arms-length from your face, close your eyes and apply three pumps.
Mask: Apply a visible layer to clean skin and leave to sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water, gently massaging the skin in a circular motion, then pat dry with a soft towel.
Serums: Apply 2-3 drops of treatment to clean skin (before bed/in the morning). Gently pat with your fingertips to evenly distribute product across the cheeks, forehead and chin, then massage the treatment into skin using gentle, circular motions.
SPF: Apply in the morning at the end of your daily skincare routine 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
Moisturizer: After cleansing skin, massage a small amount onto your face and neck. This formulation can be used in both your morning and night skincare routines.
