• Hand washing is recommended. Do not soak the knives in water. After use, immediately place the knives under running water and clean them with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry them immediately from the back towards the cutting edge. Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
