The Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini DIPBROW® Gel is a highly pigmented eyebrow gel with a long-lasting, waterproof formula to help achieve fuller-looking, more defined brows. This convenient miniature size offers the same full coverage with rich color payoff, adhering to brow hairs to create natural dimension before drying down to a seamless matte finish. The small, cone-shaped eyebrow brush is ideal for precise, professional-quality application.
- To fill in eyebrows with color, brush DIPBROW® Gel onto brows starting at the arch and extending through the tail. Next, fill from the front of the eyebrow to the arch with the remaining product, moving in the direction of the hair’s natural growth.
- To fill in sparse areas, use the tip of the brush to apply the eyebrow gel directly onto the skin and then blend through the brow for natural-looking texture.
- To create a full-feathered look, brush the eyebrow gel through the brows a second time to create hairlike strokes. Use the wide side of the brush and comb through hairs in an upward motion.
