Massage shampoo into wet hair from roots to ends. Rinse, and follow with nutriplenish™ Conditioner. 

Use the treatment masque once a week after shampooing, smoothing it through damp hair from roots to tip. Leave on 2-5 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.
