Created using the same chords that make up pinot noir from the Tunuyan region in Argentina, Fueguia’s La Tierra del Rayo is an aromatic fragrance with a hit of tobacco. Drawing on not only the grapes but the oak barrels in which the wine is made, it’s interspersed with notes of rose and pink pepper to add dimension, depth and a subtle hint of spice. The result is an unconventional and richly textured perfume that wears beautifully throughout the day.

A self-taught perfumer free from the protocols of the fragrance industry, Julian Bedel is the nose behind Fueguia 1833’s limited series scents. It is a unique concept brand in the universe of niche perfumery, paying tribute to the indeginuous communities of South America. He was recently commissioned by the contemporary art gallery Hauser and Wirth to concoct two sophisticated and intoxicating perfumes called Manuela and Alba, both available in our UAE collection below. They’re created by using the native flora and fauna of Somerset and Balmoral, mesmerizing passerbys with their refreshing aroma.
