This Stila Stingray Stay All Day® Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner come in an array of matte and shimmer formulas. They feature a cocktail of moisturizing ingredients that ensures color glides on smooth – no tugging or pulling. 

Apply to your upper and lower lash lines, or use your fingers to smudge into a shadow.

For best use, remove the cap, twist counterclockwise multiple times (it may take several twists), and apply.

Note: the propel pencil does not retract. No sharpener necessary.
